The Role
The company is seeking a Customer Success Manager , based in Johannesburg, to lead project execution, reporting, and client performance management across its interactive campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational precision — a professional who can analyse performance data, nurture relationships, and ensure that every campaign delivers both creatively and commercially. The Customer Success Manager will serve as the vital link between clients, creative, and development teams, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of live projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are consistently met.
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction throughout each campaign.
- Use proprietary data and reporting tools to analyse performance, present insights, and recommend optimisations.
- Partner with agencies to ensure correct promotion, creative amplification, and media alignment.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to apply best practices that maximise results.
- Contribute to post-campaign reports, internal case studies, and award submissions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell , extend , or evolve existing campaigns based on performance learnings.
- Participate in ideation sessions to ensure client objectives are carried through from concept to execution.
Experience and Requirements
Two to four years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or project management .Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital reporting.Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.Experience managing relationships with agencies or brands in a fast-paced digital environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.Familiarity with interactive advertising formats such as games, microsites, or AR experiences is preferred.Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite , or other platform dashboards.Collaborative, proactive attitude — someone who makes things happen, not just monitors them.Passion for creative technology and a desire to work on award-winning campaigns.What’s on Offer
