About the role
This role offers the chance to transition into Tech Sales for one of our FinTech / SaaS clients, using your sales and customer-facing experience to become a tech sales expert. You’ll generate high-quality sales pipeline, contribute to new customer acquisition, and help accelerate growth for both Delta-v and our clients. Working closely with leadership and sales teams at top UK-based FinTech and SaaS companies, you'll focus on booking meetings with C-level executives at major enterprises. You’ll start with our training program, an elite business program designed to kick-start your tech sales career, with a clear progression path leading to leadership opportunities within two years.What you'll be responsible for
Developing a deep understanding of the FinTech & SaaS space in different markets across EMEAConduct market research and prospecting to identify potential customers that match our customer's ICPIdentify and understand the right people to reach out toReaching out to these prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and engaging them to the point where you secure an initial meeting or product demoSchedule and join meetings and demos with prospectsContinuously refine and improve your sales techniques and knowledge of our customer's enterprise platform.Collaborate with our customers, contribute to tactics and be involved in creating the strategy of the Go-to-Market target campaigns you're involved inRequirements
You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements :
University degree1-2 years in a customer-facing role (ideally something sales-related) following your studiesStrong demonstrable interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTechHigh energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilienceExcellent written and verbal English communication skills for engaging with C-Level executivesBased in Cape Town or willing to relocateSouth African CitizenNice to have (but not required) :
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubspotFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExperience with SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar toolsSales / Retail / Business Development jobs
