General Foreman BUILDING

Our client, a leading Construction & Development company, is seeking an experienced General Foreman to take full site responsibility on a high-profile building project valued at R240 million.

📍 Location : Cape Peninsula, Western Cape

💰 Salary : R55 000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all site operations, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, artisans, and labour teams.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, safety, and site discipline.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Manage daily site reports, progress tracking, and material requisitions.

Requirements :

Must be Cape Town-based or willing to travel daily within the Peninsula area.

Valid drivers licence and reliable transport.
