Workshop Foreman

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervision and Leadership : Manage and supervise workshop staff, completing work efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Quality Control : Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with company guidelines, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Inventory and Equipment Management : Track and manage workshop supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure the workshop is well-stocked and equipment is properly maintained.
• Health and Safety Management : Enforce health and safety standards, conduct training, and address any safety issues promptly.
• Budget and Cost Control : Help control workshop expenses by managing resources efficiently and minimizing waste.
• Training and Development : Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and keep up with the latest industry advancements.
• Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, inventory, and staff performance
