Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Foreman in a dealership environment Proven track record in managing workshop schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity Strong technical knowledge and ability to assist and guide technicians Excellent communication and customer service skills Skilled in handling workshop KPIs, including job card management, time management, and quality control Ability to maintain factory standards, audits, and compliance requirements Leadership skills to motivate and manage workshop staff effectively Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure maximum efficiency Assist and guide technicians in technical matters Manage workshop schedules and job cards Ensure compliance with factory standards, audits, and other regulatory requirements Motivate and manage workshop staff to achieve high performance Maintain quality control and ensure customer satisfaction
