Invasive Species Technicians

Location : Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan - CANADA

Overview :

We are seeking experienced vegetation managers to oversee and execute vegetation control operations across the Meadow Lake region. This is a hands-on managerial role that requires both leadership and field expertise, ensuring environmental compliance and operational excellence in all vegetation management activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate vegetation management teams and daily operations.

Plan, supervise, and execute projects in line with safety and environmental standards.

Manage resources, scheduling, and field operations based on weather and project timelines.

Maintain compliance with provincial pesticide application and reporting requirements.

Work Schedule :

Approximately 30 hours per week, with variable scheduling depending on weather and project demands.

Overtime may be required when operational needs dictate.

Compensation :

High wage category, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements :

Saskatchewan Provincial Pesticide Applicator License (mandatory).

Valid Class 5 Drivers License (international equivalent accepted).

Certificate or Diploma in Invasive Species Management or a related environmental field.
