Job Summary : As a Business Systems Analyst / Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with senior and mid-level stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design system solutions, and oversee the implementation process. Your primary focus will be on Salesforce projects, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of the end-users and integrates seamlessly with other systems.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with senior management and business users to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Conduct thorough business and systems analysis to identify solutions that meet business objectives.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Liaise with Salesforce administrators to hand over requirements for configuration and customization.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce functionality, features, and best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements or modifications.
• Oversee data integration efforts, including APIs and XML, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• Lead small teams and coordinate project activities to ensure alignment and progress.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain a strong understanding of database management and system integration principles.
• Ensure comprehensive testing and validation of implemented solutions.
