Salary : R410,000 - R465,000 (depending on experience)

Important : This role requires working US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, so you must be fully available during that schedule.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar agency role, ideally with a strong marketing background, as this position will involve working closely with ABM clients. Job Description

As a Client Success Manager at Punch! you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for client onboarding, maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating client meetings, gathering metrics and insights for reports, building client reports, quality control, program optimisations, and upselling / cross‑selling opportunities.
