Multitasker : Youre good at the people stuff and the behind-the-scenes stuff too building itineraries creating invoices operating our booking systems and multitasking with a customer in front of you. Create Dream Itineraries : Build dream trips for your customers creating lasting memories theyll share for years to come. Share Your Knowledge : Use your travel expertise to make perfect recommendations from a range of options including flights accommodation cruises tours insurance and more. Roll Out the Red Carpet : Make your customers feel welcomed and valued through active listening mutual respect and a positive attitude. Trusted Advisor : Be someone your customers can trust and share their excitement with showing them you take your business seriously but not yourself. Minimum requirements : Matric Added advantage : Tertiary qualification SA citizen 4 years experience in a sales and target driven role Travel experience advantageous Proven track record
