- To provide subject matter expertise to clients on all the functionality within online banking platform. To manage portfolios and ensure digital profile through registration, training and onboarding of new to bank or existing to bank clients. To optimise client usage by growing the digital vertical sales index (VSI), increase revenue and volumes.

- Are you someone who can :
- Manage portfolio of clients for the segment related to platform requirements
- Provide ongoing consultation with clients, from a relationship management point of view (client retention)
- Optimise the usage of products (VFI) and increase transaction volumes on all digital channels and achieve revenue targets
- Onboard new clients onto platform
- Provide required training to new and existing to bank clients and ensure client is able to utilise all of the functionality within online banking
- Execute projects and campaigns within agreed scope (e.g., sell / promote simple payments to clients)
- Prepare and present product presentations to clients as and when required
- Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work support
- Apply a client-centric approach that focuses on creating a positive experience for the client by maximizing service and / or product offerings and building relationships
- Ensure product knowledge and advice is technically accurate and provide clients with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service options
- You will be an ideal candidate if you :
- Have a minimum of a completed Diploma / NQF 6 qualification (will be a distinct advantage if in Information Technology and Computer Science)
- Have 3 - 5 years’ experience in providing online banking enterprise support to business / commercial clients
- Have experience with APIs and Host to Host including testing tools and framework
- Have Hogan and CRM Dynamics system experience
- Are not an unrehabilitated insolvent
