Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Position : Customer Support Representative

Working Schedule : 8AM to 5PM AEST

Salary Range : $1000-$1200 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Were looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a remote full-time position with flexible hours but you must have a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). The ideal start date is as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across various platforms including email chat WhatsApp and social media direct messages (DMs) .
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders refunds exchanges and general product usage .
• Log and document customer interactions accurately escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail when processing requests and updating customer information.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and efficiency .
