Sales Representative

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our clients team. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in hospitality sales excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends locally and internationally to identify opportunities.
• Achieve set sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal sales success.
• Report on successes and challenges objectively.
• Travel as required both locally and internationally.

Requirements

Required Skills :

35 years experience in a hospitality sales environment. Proven track record in successful commercial relationship development and -depth insights into local and international sales trends. Strong ability to collaborate with internal structures for optimal results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness and ability to travel frequentl Basic financial reporting experience Matric Drivers license

Required Education :

PC literate (MS Windows) Excel proficient Hospitality qualification (preferably) Matric
