Aftercare and Community Development Manager – Paarl.

We’re seeking a compassionate, hands-on leader to manage our client’s Aftercare Centre and coordinate community and wellness initiatives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, building relationships, and driving positive change.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee aftercare operations, staff, and learners
• Support learners with academics, activities, and personal growth
• Manage budgets and maintain strong parent–school communication
• Coordinate outreach, donations, and community events
