Main responsibilities :
- Calculation and processing of employees' salaries according to the legislation in force
- Management of employees' timesheets and sick leave
- Ensuring compliance with the deadlines for the payment of salaries and related taxes
- Collaboration with the finance department to ensure the accuracy of financial data related to salaries
- Responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of employees' data.
Requirements :
Previous experience in payroll administration and solid knowledge of labour lawExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesSolid knowledge of PC operation and use of accounting and payroll programsCertification in the field of human resources is an advantage.Benefits :
