Job descriptionFinancial Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Invoicing and Billing : Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensure timely payment, and manage billing inquiries. Inventory Management : Track and record inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and managing discrepancies. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, prepare financial reports, and assist with audits. Cost Analysis : Monitor and analyze costs associated with fruit exports, including shipping, handling, and storage. Budget Management : Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures. Communication : Liaise with suppliers, clients, and logistics companies to ensure smooth financial transactions and resolve any issues. Documentation : Maintain and organize all financial documents related to fruit exports, including contracts, shipping documents, and tax records. Software Proficiency : Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial data and generate reports. In the meantime, please download our
Minimum Requirements :
- Grade 12
- Suitable Accounting / Finance Diploma or Degree
- At least 4 years financial experience
- Payroll experience
