Warehouse Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

• Processing customer and asset data into internal systems with precision
• Generating quotes and invoices, managing asset releases, and overseeing short-term rentals
• Liaising with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth delivery and returns
• Managing online marketplace listings and internal sales platforms
• Supporting cash flow through debtor management and accurate financial documentation
• Collaborating closely with the Finance Department to ensure accounting integrity

Requirements :

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical Excel case study during the interview processso bring your spreadsheet A-game.
