Key Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining a structured clinical learning environment for all categories of nurses.
• Facilitating competency-based training, ensuring alignment with professional standards and hospital objectives.
• Providing mentorship, coaching, and support to nursing staff across multiple units.
• Acting as a professional role model by demonstrating clinical excellence in practice.
• Supporting the implementation of evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Designing and coordinating in-service training programmes to upskill staff.
• Assisting with compliance in audits, accreditation standards, and SANC requirements.
• Collaborating with unit managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer
