Solar Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

About the Role : As a Solar Project Manager, you will take ownership of residential, commercial, or industrial solar PV projects from initial client consultation through to final commissioning. You’ll be responsible for solution design, planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full lifecycle of solar PV projects, from design and procurement to installation and commissioning
• Conduct site assessments and develop tailored solar solutions
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and standards
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and industry best practices
• Provide technical and project updates to clients and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Travel to sites as required (own transport essential)

The salary bracket for the role is around R35k - R40k CTC p / m. Note that it is the client's prerogative, regardless of advertised package, to offer a market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and level of experience.
