Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Simulation and Analysis Sales Representative to join our team.

Based in Gauteng for at least the first year, this role offers hybrid work flexibility and involves mostly local day-trip client visits .

Reporting to the Sales Director , you will :

• Drive new logo acquisition —identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients in engineering and manufacturing.
• Manage a 3–9 month sales cycle , from prospecting through closing.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations (with technical support as needed).
• Build long-term customer relationships to support account growth, renewals, and retention .
• Collaborate with international product suppliers and stay current on CAE technology advancements .

While direct CAE software experience is not required , interest in engineering technology and a passion for solving complex problems and working with customers are essential .
