About the role

The agency is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to help scale its business development efforts and drive revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Manage and optimise the sales pipeline using a CRM tool.
• Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries and networking.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure alignment on offerings and client messaging.
• Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to leadership.
• Continuously improve the sales process based on feedback and performance analytics.
