Key Responsibilities :
- Help set up and look after company computers, software, and internet systems
- Assist team members with day-to-day IT issues (like logging in, software problems, or printer issues)
- Keep an eye on system security like making sure antivirus software is working and only the right people have access to certain systems
- Follow basic IT rules and help improve how we do things to keep systems running safely and smoothly
- Make sure our IT setup follows any important rules or guidelines
- Work with other teams to understand their tech needs and help find simple solutions
Qualifications : - N+ and A+
- 1 year experience in an IT Admin or similar role
- Solid knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus
