IT SUPPORT ENGINEER- FIBRE OPTICS (FOURWAYS, JOHANNESBURG)

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT or Network Support, with exposure to fibre optic and Layer 2 networks.
• Strong technical knowledge of VLANs, STP, Ethernet, MPLS, and L2 VPN.
• Hands-on experience with Layer 2 switches and fibre optic cabling / testing.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting team escalations.
