As an IT Administrator at ClearSource , you’ll play a critical role in technical support , infrastructure maintenance , and user experience improvement across the organization.
What You Will Do as an IT Administrator
- Provide remote service desk support to all offices and users
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot issues related to PCs, operating systems, and office applications
- Log, analyze, and resolve incoming support tickets
- Walk users through the problem-solving process with patience and clarity
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary
- Manage user setup including :
Active Directory accounts
Email provisioningGroup membership modificationsConfigure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devicesMaintain and track IT equipment inventoryDiagnose network connectivity issues and coordinate with appropriate teamsUpdate and maintain internal IT documentation, knowledge bases, and playbooksNotify teams of system outages or disruptions and provide status updatesCollaborate with peers and departments to ensure seamless technical supportParticipate in continuous improvement of IT processes and toolsWhat We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar technical support roleProficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux systemsFamiliarity with networking concepts :IP configurations
DNS, DHCP, VPN setupHands-on experience with :Laptop / desktop / mobile device setup
Inventory and hardware maintenanceStrong knowledge of :Microsoft Office 365 and productivity tools
Remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk )Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical usersExcellent troubleshooting , analytical , and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work across time zones and handle remote supportReliable internet connection and backup power sourceWhat We Offer ClearSource offers a competitive salary as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development .
