Role Summary
We are looking for a Small Business Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage a high-volume portfolio of small business customers using a digital-scaled, one-to-many engagement model. Your main focus will be activating new and existing accounts through proactive outreach (including a high volume of cold calls), driving adoption of key features, and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to amplify the voice of the customer and ensure an exceptional client experience at scale.Responsibilities
Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of 2,000+ small business accounts using a one-to-many model.Drive product activation and adoption through cold calling, targeted campaigns, automated sequences, webinars, and trainings.Proactively identify accounts with growth potential, upsell / cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the Small Business Team Lead to drive expansion.Monitor account health at scale, analyzing trends to surface risks and opportunities.Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to inform product and strategy.Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply
