Job descriptionDevelop and implement pharmacy engagement strategies to enhance product knowledge and patient support. Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff, ensuring they are well-equipped with product and treatment insights. Provide ongoing support to pharmacy teams and address queries. Collaborate with sales and medical teams (MPL) to ensure alignment between pharmacist training and business objectives. Organize and manage small-scale events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions for HCPs and pharmacists. Coordinate schedules for in-person and virtual engagements, ensuring smooth execution. Work closely with marketing, medical, and sales teams to align event messaging with business objectives. Maintain ongoing dialogue with HCPs and pharmacists to understand their needs and provide solutions. Ensure all engagement activities deliver value to stakeholders and the company. Gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance engagement and training strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach efforts and ensure alignment. Maintain accurate records of HCP and pharmacist interactions, events, and engagement activities. Assist in refining the HCP and pharmacy engagement database to enhance targeting and outreach. Support updating engagement plans as new team members join and strategies evolve. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with pharmacists, HCPs, and stakeholders. Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate multiple interactions and follow up proactively. Experience in pharmacy training and engagement to educate and support pharmacy teams. Event coordination experience managing logistics, invitations, and execution. Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to track engagement activities and refine strategies. Ability to work cross-functionally with medical, sales, and marketing teams. Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital communication tools and virtual event platforms.
This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals (GPs), pharmacists, and internal teams.
This role focuses on coordinating interactions, facilitating knowledge-sharing, managing events, and ensuring seamless communication between HCPs and the company.
Additionally, you will be responsible for pharmacy engagement and training to ensure optimal understanding and adoption of the company's healthcare solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Communications, or similar.
0 - 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Own vehicle and valid driver's license are essential.

GP's, Pharmacies & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HCPs and pharmacists.
- Act as the primary point of contact for doctors and pharmacists, ensuring they have access to the right experts and resources.
- Facilitate face-to-face and virtual meetings between HCPs, pharmacists, and Medical Product Lead (MPL).
- Proactively follow up on HCP and pharmacist queries and ensure timely responses.
- Keep stakeholders informed about key events, congresses, and industry updates.
