Associate Product Manager

Job description3+ years of experience in product data or product content management, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment Proven ability to manage complex data and content operations with precision and autonomy Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be speaking with customers and internal stakeholders daily Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decision-making and optimization A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and improving product performance Positive and energetic outlook—you celebrate both big wins and small milestones Strong organisational skills—you know how to prioritise and execute quickly Thoughtful communicator—you plan and deliver clear, professional communication Fast and high-quality execution—you thrive in a startup environment Empathetic but direct—you ask the right questions and challenge assumptions when needed 50% — Updating and maintaining accurate product data 20% — Liaising with customers to improve software listings 15% — Monitoring product metrics and reporting on performance 15% — Running LLM / NLP user focussed experiments and learning new technologies Fast-track promotion to Product Manager within 12–18 months (based on KPIs) Leadership exposure : Work directly with our Product Architect, Technical Lead, and Senior Platform Manager Cutting-edge tools : JIRA, Trello, ElasticSearch, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Mouseflow, ChatGPT & more Continuous learning : Personal training budget for online courses or certifications Data-led experimentation : We run 60+ A / B tests annually Innovative product : Be part of building the UK’s first AI-driven recommendation engine for B2B software 19,000+ software buyers globally have used Comparesoft First product to use NLP to recommend B2B software 10X company growth in 5 years
Associate Product Manager

To drive this ambitious roadmap, we’re hiring an Associate Product Manager to lead the accuracy, growth, and experimentation of our product data and content.
We are testing Llama, OpenAI and Falcon LLM's along with our own NLP methods.
What You’ll Do
As the Associate Product Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things product. You’ll take ownership of product data, collaborate with customers, and use a data-led approach to improve product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the accuracy, structure, and quality of all product data on our platform
- Collaborate with customers to collect, update, and enhance their software listings
- Monitor product performance using analytics and reporting tools
- Design and run LLM, NLP and data-driven experiments to boost user engagement and product KPIs
- Act as the internal product lead—supporting the wider team with insights and guidance
