I’m looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to help keep multiple fast-moving projects — and me — organised.
This is a remote , part-time role with some flexibility around hours. It’s ideal for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, communicates well, and can handle a wide range of topics confidently.
What you’ll do
- Manage and prioritise my inbox and calendar — filter, schedule, and follow up.
- Keep projects and priorities organised using simple systems or AI tools that make it easy for others to step in if needed.
- Conduct research and summarise findings clearly across very different subjects'
- Draft and respond to emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls .
- Keep files, notes, and documents structured and easy to find.
- Track tasks and deadlines — make sure nothing slips.
- Bring clarity : help me focus on what really matters each week.
