Financial Controller

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller oversees accounts payable and receivable, prepares management accounts for SA, supports group month-end close, manages local tax compliance, and leads the finance operations team. The role ensures strong internal controls, accurate ledger management, and efficient processes across multiple entities.

Skills & Experience :

Minimum 3+ years in a senior financial operations role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Solid understanding of cash flow, transfer pricing, and VAT processes

Advanced Excel and strong attention to detail

Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity environments

Confident communicator and process improver

Qualification :

Relevant finance / accounting degree

CIMA or ACCA qualified / part-qualified - preferred

Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software preferred
