Traffic Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available within our Marketing Department for a Traffic Coordinator . This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of work within our studio—managing the dispatch and delivery of all creative briefs while maintaining deadlines and quality . Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming work from project coordinators to production teams, ensuring efficient delivery from brief to completion .
• Liaise closely with coordinators to understand project scope , business needs , and delivery timelines .
• Compile and continuously update studio schedules to reflect current workloads and deadlines .
• Assess incoming briefs and assign appropriate designers or creative resources to projects.
• Act as the central point of contact between coordinators and the studio for all design-related projects .
• Monitor project progress , flag potential delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Review and analyze completed projects for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Consolidate client requirements to streamline creative output and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Organise and facilitate kick-off meetings , brainstorming sessions , and design presentations .
• Develop and maintain monthly review decks to report on team performance and project output .
• Track time spent on projects to identify workflow efficiencies and inform future resource planning .
• Gain a deeper understanding of project profitability and align design time accordingly .
• Manage leave requests within the studio team and coordinate cover where needed.
• Conduct monthly check-ins with team leads to review studio performance , workload , and growth .
