REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, and tertiary qualification beneficial
- Clear Criminal and ITC record
- Valid SA Drivers License
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry
- Computer literate on MS Office, with intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability
- Professional demeanour with emphasis on client service delivery
- Working knowledge of Sectorial Determination and Industrial Relations
- Effective cost management through optimised chemical usage, efficient labour allocation, and proactive equipment maintenance.
