Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to uphold service excellence
Implement and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
Work closely with senior management to drive business strategy and operational improvements
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues to enhance overall service delivery
Requirements :
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost controls
A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Salary : Negotiable depending on experience
