Overview
Job Title : Fund Accountant
Department : Finance
Location : City of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
Responsibilities
- Assist with the supervision and mentoring of trainee fund accountants and fund accountants
- Liaise and assist the external auditors to ensure that the audit is conducted timeously
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual NAVs and management accounts
- Preparation of statutory annual financial statements
- Liaising with fund managers, brokers and custodians to ensure that issues are resolved and to communicate and obtain relevant information
- Ensure that listing and compliance requirements are met
