Salesforce UX / UI Designer – Accenture South Africa

Location : South Africa

As a senior UX / UI Designer at Accenture South Africa, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of user-centered digital products. You will own and lead assigned features and lead and support more junior designers, in collaboration with the current design leadership. You will focus on executing design solutions that meet user needs, align with business goals, and work seamlessly with technology. This role is hands‑on, involving research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will gain exposure to product strategy, design systems, and emerging technologies, building the foundation for a career in product design.

Responsibilities

• Design Execution : Produce high-quality UX and UI deliverables, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs across Salesforce interfaces and headless responsive web and native mobile app designs; apply design systems and iterate on feedback.
• User Research & Insights : Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests), analyze findings, create personas, journey maps, and benchmark competitors.
• Interaction & Visual Design : Define information architecture, user flows, interaction models; develop low‑to‑mid‑fidelity wireframes; build interactive prototypes.
• Leadership, Collaboration & Communication : Own key feature designs, manage and grow a team of designers; work with product owners, developers, and deliver agile input; present concepts and document design decisions.
• Testing & Continuous Improvement : Assist with usability testing, A / B testing, apply insights to improve product experiences, stay current with UX / UI trends.
