Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Analyst to join our dynamic IT team at Reverside. The Solution Analyst will be responsible for Project Delivery for the Back end services team within the Everyday Banking space. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in Banking, especially in retail products and Digital channels, along with experience in integration services. Java knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Translate & document business requirements into user stories & specifications (Full Stack, Cross System), detailing integration points, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate during design & delivery to ensure solutions meet business requirements and architecture.
• Support the Business Analyst and Project Manager in translating needs into user stories suitable for DevOps teams.
• Prioritize requirements and build a roadmap with Tribe Leads for products and services.
• Define success measures and acceptance criteria for solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements, including interfaces and functionalities.
• Facilitate socialization, understanding, and approval of requirements.
• Leverage knowledge of technical landscape to define integration points.
• Work with project teams to define backlog, release, and planning implications.
• Improve system requirements mapping for better clarity.
• Review solution designs as part of the embedded DevOps team.
• Provide feedback during testing, monitor system stability, and support UAT.

Requirements :

Must Have Skills :

Communication and presentation, Process modeling, System design, Analysis, Business & technical language proficiency, Knowledge of integration patterns.
