Duties & Responsibilities
Handling administrative requests & queries from senior managers.
Basic bookkeeping functions
Receive & capture customer orders.
Basic inventory control and system administration
Intercompany stock transfers
Capture supplier deliveries and good received.
Create and maintain filing systems.
Answer customer / supplier queries via telephone and email.
Greet and direct customers and transporters.
Assist walk in customers & process customer queries.
Customer delivery and collection communications.
