Job descriptionProven track record as a Foreman on low-cost housing and civil infrastructure projects. Strong technical knowledge of underground services and pipeworks. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Drivers license and willingness to work across Western Cape and Southern Cape regions. We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team on low-cost housing projects with a strong focus on underground services, pipeworks, and civil services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate site activities on live housing projects.
- Manage underground services installation, pipework, and associated civil works.
- Ensure work is carried out to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors.
- Oversee health & safety compliance on site.
