Responsibilities

• Being a part of the Hollywoodbets Purple Team is an opportunity to join one of South Africa’s biggest success stories and contribute to growing the brand across Africa and the United Kingdom.
• Manage and drive growth for branches in the allocated area; ensure smooth operations, financial performance, and adherence to company policies and legislative requirements.
• Develop plans to attain forecasted growth, review branch locations for potential relocation to maximize returns, and communicate financial targets to branches.
• Oversee resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, time and attendance, and implementation of performance management and disciplinary procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing to achieve financial targets and ensure branches receive necessary training before start of duties.
• Conduct regular branch visits, maintain branch facilities to Hollywood standards, and produce daily and ad-hhoc reports.
