Sales Development Representative (B2B SaaS)

Key Responsibilities

• Launch outbound sales efforts through a combination of phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Take 100+ cold calls per day to prospects in the B2B tech and SaaS sectors
• Identify pain points and communicate relevant solutions aligned with client offerings
• Personalize outreach based on company insights and buyer personas
• Support inbound lead qualification and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives
• Partner with sales and marketing to synchronize messaging and audience targeting
• Maintain structured notes and accurate data in sales tech stacks
• Analyze what’s working and refine outreach tactics based on metrics and feedback
