Overview
This role will be working in the Plant and must be able to be hands-on working with tools having worked on Boilers, Steam System, Power Generation Equipment.
Will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the power plant by managing a team of maintenance technicians and other professionals who work together to ensure that the plant is running smoothly and safely.
Requirements
- Trade Test Millwright, Electrician or Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Practical Hands-on Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation experience (Having worked on Boilers, Turbines, Steam Systems, Power Generations Equipment; will be working in the plant & must be able to be hands on)
- 2-4 years experience in a similar managerial position
- 5 years minimum experience in maintenance and engineering roles in an industrial / manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of boilers, steam systems, power generation equipment, stock control, and store management
- CMMS knowledge
- Sound knowledge of OHS Act
- Sound knowledge and Experience in Labour Legislation
- General Machinery Regulations experience is an advantage
