Minimum Requirements :
- Ideally, a National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Mechanical trade will be considered subject to a minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning of Boilers.
- Certified maintenance and reliability professionals - advantageous.
- 4-5 years of maintenance planning experience, specifically preventative maintenance.
- 4 - 5 Years experience on hydraulic equipment, boilers, and mixers.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and planning.
- ERP experience would be advantageous.

As a Maintenance Planner, your key responsibilities will include :
Planning & Scheduling :
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for heavy machinery.Work Order Management :
Process, prioritise, and issue work orders with detailed documentation and a clear scope of work.Review completed orders for quality assurance.Inventory & Resource Management :
Maintain strategic stock levels for critical spare parts and high-wear components.Coordinate procurement for cost-effective material sourcing.Technical Documentation & Compliance :
Record maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment modifications.Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and keep technical manuals up to date.Analysis & Continuous Improvement :
Perform root cause analysis for major equipment failures.Provide actionable insights for design and process improvements.Collaboration :
Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and safety teams to align maintenance efforts with operational goals.Reporting & KPI Management :
