Our client, a reputable dealership, is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee their workshop operations in Cape Town .

This position offers the potential to become the 2IC (Second-in-Command) within the service department, with further career growth opportunities.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workshop Controller in a dealership environment.
• Red Seal qualification will be advantageous.
• Proven track record in managing workshop schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to assist and guide technicians.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Skilled in handling workshop KPIs, including job card management, time management, and quality control.
• Ability to maintain factory standards, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Leadership skills to motivate and manage workshop staff effectively.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction.
