REQUIREMENTS :
- Grade 12 with Matric, tertiary experience highly advantageous
- Currently working in first job since matric or studying
- One years administration experience
- Excellent administration and ability to do calculations accurately
- Computer Literacy : Word and basic Excel
- Communication skills are essential (verbal and written)
- Highly organised with the best time management skills (able to multitask and meet deadlines)
- Contribute positively and use initiative to work in this learning environment
DUTIES :
General administrative dutiesExtensive and professional client interaction with ordersManage quotations and excel dataDealing with deliveries and shipmentsEnsure duties are working chronologically as requiredManaging client orders and the prioritisation accordingChecking the accuracy of billing receivedFeedback to clients on relevant information and solutionsManage reports and checking of incoming paymentsManage stockLiaison with courier and other transport companiesSALARY : Negotiable dependent on experience
