This position is ideal for a proactive people-focused professional with a strong understanding of HR strategy, labor legislation, and employee engagement in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations and ensure alignment with the estate's strategic objectives
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes
• Implement and maintain effective HR policies and procedures
• Drive performance management and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
• Provide support and guidance to department heads and employees
• Oversee payroll, employee benefits and leave management in conjunction with Finance
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievance procedures and conflict resolution
• Champion a positive and productive workplace culture
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
