Experience managing social media accounts with a focus on engagement and audience growth. Knowledge of social media analytics and basic reporting is a plus.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Social Media Focused Executive Assistant . This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, creativity, and making a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate must have experience as both an Executive Assistant and inSocialMedia especially video editing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Executive Assistance : Organize and manage the Executives appointments, speaking engagements, and sales meetings to ensure efficiency and alignment with priorities.
- Content Creation &Video Editing : Assist in creating engaging materials to support marketing efforts and increase book sales
- Social Media Management :
Focus on Instagram (feeds into Facebook) and TikTok, leveraging trends like BookTok and Bookstagram.
