Social Media Assistant for Media Company (US-Based, Remote)
Base pay range : $12,000.00 / yr – $21,600.00 / yr

Our client is a fast‑growing luxury real estate media brand that showcases some of the world's most exclusive, architecturally stunning properties across the UK, US, Dubai, Europe, and beyond. Their cinematic property tours and social content attract a global audience who love beautiful homes and luxury living.
Responsibilities
- Post content manually on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook throughout the day to maintain a lively and responsive presence.
- Write captions that align with the brand's tone and visual storytelling style.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Organize and manage content within internal systems such as Dropbox and Notion.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to stay aligned on upload schedules and upcoming campaigns.
- Assist with ideation for new content – caption ideas, Reel / TikTok trends, and upcoming shoots.
- Contribute to a weekly email newsletter summarizing what was filmed and posted that week.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).Excellent written English and ability to capture a consistent brand voice.Strong understanding of current trends and content formats across social platforms.Highly organized and detail‑oriented with good time‑management skills.Comfortable communicating and collaborating in English (experience working with UK or international teams is a plus).Familiarity with Dropbox, Notion, or similar content management tools.Skilled in photo editing.Benefits
