Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to assist with bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and closing books at the end of each month. The company recently transitioned to NetSuite, and we require someone with a strong background in both bookkeeping and NetSuite to streamline financial processes and ensure smooth operations. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in diverse accounting tasks, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping : Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions, invoices, and expenses.
• Account Reconciliation : Ensure all accounts are properly reconciled and up-to-date.
• Month-End Closing : Assist with month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• NetSuite Management : Utilize NetSuite to process financial transactions, automate accounting tasks, and generate reports.
• Deposits and Payments : Oversee and manage deposits, payments, and related financial tasks.
• Financial Reporting : Generate and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the outsourced accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.
