Exports Co-Ordinator

Ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the Warehouse and distribution functions of the Exports department.

Requirements

Matric

5 years relevant work experience

5 years warehousing experience

3 years supervising staff

Food Industry / manufacturing industry advantageous

Key Responsibilities :

Processing and dispatching of export orders

Consolidating shipments

Arranging packing & dispatch

Collating and supplying all required documentation

Liaising with supply chain and other FHG warehouses

Stock control

Communication with branches

Dispatch of urgent orders via courier

General department administration (logistics)

Receiving return shipments and interbranch transfers (notifying branches of differences)

Managing picking schedules

Supervising picking staff

Supervising the loading of trucks and containers, and verifying shipment accuracy

Control of export documentation (packing lists, truck manifests)

Managing inventory in a warehouse

Ability to execute periodic stocktakes

Demonstrating excellence in customer service

Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene practices
