Payroll Officer

Overview

Our client based in Franschhoek, Cape Town is looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team.

The Payroll Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and Finance departments by coordinating, administering and maintaining all aspects of payroll management. The ideal candidate will also be working closely with the Head of Departments to ensure that the time and attendance records of all employees are continuously updated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer and maintain all aspects of payroll management
• Work closely with Heads of Departments to ensure time and attendance records are up to date
• Support HR and Finance in payroll-related processes
