Our client is seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to oversee the planning, management, and maintenance of a high-profile site. Manage all aspects of facilities operations, including maintenance, procurement, budgeting, and complianceOversee occupational health and safety policies, ensuring full compliance with legislationControl financial budgets for repairs, maintenance, and planned projectsDrive energy management, utilities control, and sustainability initiativesManage risk, statutory inspections, and technical support for building assetsBuild strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and regulatory bodiesRequirements :
A relevant qualification in Facilities or Property Management (BSc, diploma, or related degree)5-8 Years experience in the facilities or property sectorAccreditation with SAFMA as a Facilities ProfessionalTechnical background in electrical / mechanical engineering (NQF 5 of higher)Retail facilities management experience will be a plusStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsReal Estate jobs
