Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to manage, retain, and expand our enterprise client accounts. Your focus will be on building lasting client relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships that position you as a strategic partner and extension of the client’s marketing team.
- Ensure seamless delivery, proactive support, and operational accountability across all client touchpoints.
- Client Education and Enablement - Educate clients on solution capabilities and new features
- Product Support - Resolve product queries efficiently
- Renewals and Negotiations - Lead renewal conversations to secure ongoing partnerships and maximise value
- Contract Health Management - Track renewal cycles, forecast risks, manage RAG (Red / Amber / Green) statuses
- Knowledge and Industry Experience - Be the subject-matter expert clients rely on for digital marketing strategy and product innovation
- Strategic Value and Growth Enablement - Drive strategic outcomes and measurable value for clients through consultative engagement
- Client Growth and Commercial Impact - Maximise account growth through consultative selling, upselling, and value-driven expansion
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in enterprise account management or client relationship managementStrong understanding of digital marketing, SaaS solutions, and feature adoption strategies is a plusStrong relationship-building and client-facing skillsAbility to operate independently and manage multiple prioritiesEntrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving skillsAdaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentEducation – Desirable : A bachelor’s degree in Communications Management or a diploma or qualification in the related fieldEducation – Minimum : High School Grade 12#J-18808-Ljbffr
